What is a Sculpt & Burn Barre Class?
Sculpt and Burn classes combine training methods and techniques of the Barre, plus variations of my personal training exercises.
No dance experience is required, as long as you can hold on to a ballet Barre you can do it!
The basic format of a Sculpt & Burn class consists of a ten minute heart pumping warm up then onto the Barre. The Barre is for low impact, high intensity intervals to get fat BURNing. You will use your own body as a tool to achieve amazing SCULPTing and defining results with my floor work. You will feel and use muscles in a way you have never felt before, not to mention feeling the BURN in those abs!
These classes are mixed ability. Choreographed and sequenced to give you the best workout possible, whatever your fitness experience. The movements are the same so its up to you how deep you dig!! Make every minute of this hour long class count and get the results you want with more repetition and less recovery between exercises. I will be pushing you! Get ready it'll be challenging, but fun.
