Hall Rental Rates for 2019

The Hall Management Committee reserves the right to change hall rental rates without notice.

Weekday bookings between 08.00 and 22.00

Coffee or tea making facilities are included in rates.

If the kitchen facilities are required for catering we levy a one off additional charge of £15.

We ask that two weeks’ notice is given for cancellation of a booking otherwise the hours will be charged at the standard rate.

Children’s parties (under 16s only with parental supervision) between 9.00am to 17.00

We charge a minimum fee of £80 for children’s parties to cover the booking of both halls and the catering facilities for up to 3 hours.

Additional hours are charged at £20 hour.

We require a refundable deposit of £50 to secure a booking.  The deposit is held as security against cancellation of the booking and any damage incurred to the halls and catering facilities. Regrettably we are unable to return deposits where bookings are cancelled with less than 31 days’ notice.

Full payment no later than 31 days before the booking date.

Evening parties (over 21s only) between 18.00 and 23.00

We charge £170 to cover the rental of both halls and the catering facilities between 18.00 and 23.00 for evening parties.  Additional hours for any set-up or clear-up time are charged at £23 per hour.

We require a refundable deposit of £150 to secure a booking. The deposit is held as security against cancellation of the booking and any damage incurred to the halls and catering facilities.  Regrettably we are unable to return deposits where bookings are cancelled with less than 31 days’ notice.

Full payment at least 31 days before the booking date.

Wedding receptions

We charge £450 for exclusive use of both halls and the catering facilities from 08.00 to 23.00 for wedding receptions.  Additional hours for set-up and clear-up time are charged at £23 per hour.

We require a refundable deposit of £200 to secure a booking. The deposit is held as security against cancellation of the booking and any damage incurred to the halls and the catering facilities.   Regrettably we are unable to return deposits where bookings are cancelled with less than 60 days’ notice.

Full payment at least 60 days ahead of the booking date.
