A feel-good class with simple effective exercises and sequences for a healthier, happier you. Melt tension away, find calm, Improve breathing, flexibility, balance and strength.

A blend of breathwork, Somatics, yoga and Pilates to open, mobilise, stretch and strengthen your body. We start with gentle breathwork & warm up, building up to a peak pose and flow. We end with relaxation. Each class has a theme. Pls just bring your yoga mat, belt and blocs if you have and a blanket.

Breath is the bridge between mind and body. You can learn to control your breath to calm your mind, bring clarity and focus with yoga.

This class is 75min. Usually term times. This is a great way to enhance your daily life, feel good and socialise. Our group is friendly and accommodates mixed levels. All welcome!
